Weicon sealing wire (175m)

WEICON DF 175 is a patented 100% PTFE sealing cord designed for permanent and reliable sealing of almost all metal and plastic threaded connections.

During installation, the cord fills the thread gaps and forms a PTFE film of the exact required thickness, ensuring long-lasting and leak-proof sealing.

The formed PTFE film is highly resistant to almost all chemicals, including aggressive solvents, alkalis and acids. The product is non-flammable and operates reliably within a temperature range of -200 °C to +240 °C.

Unlike conventional PTFE tapes, the sealing material itself is pure PTFE cord, eliminating the risk of material separation over time.
