A self-contained line throwing appliance body with 250 m of line, supplied without rocket, intended for SOLAS vessels where rockets are stored separately.
LINETHROWER 250 – Body and Line Only is a self-contained line throwing appliance designed for maritime rescue and safety operations, supplied without rocket.
The unit consists of a plastic launcher with 250 m of 4 mm diameter line. A compatible COMET rocket (9162700) must be fitted prior to use. When supplied without a rocket, the product is non-hazardous for transport.
The product is approved according to SOLAS, MED, USCG and UK MER standards and is intended for professional and commercial vessels. Typically, 4 units are required on SOLAS vessels.
