The Lofrans SX3 vertical windlass is designed for sailing yachts and motor boats from 6 to 27 metres in length. Its compact round base and AISI 316L stainless steel construction ensure excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting reliability in harsh marine environments. Available in low profile configuration, the SX3 features a powerful IP66 electric motor, independent gypsy operation and a robust anchoring system for safe and efficient performance.

Lofrans SX3 vertical anchor windlass is designed for sailing yachts and motor boats from 6 to 27 metres in length, combining compact dimensions with high power and mechanical reliability. The round base and AISI 316L stainless steel housing provide excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance in demanding marine environments.
The windlass features a powerful electric motor, a precision gearbox and a conical clutch that ensures even load distribution during anchoring operations. A manual chain release system and an integrated chain counter magnet enhance safety and control while handling the anchor. The SX3 construction is suitable for intensive use and allows easy maintenance.
