Lofrans X3 vertical anchor windlass is designed for sailing yachts and motor boats from 6 to 27 metres in length, providing a robust and reliable anchoring solution. Its solid construction with a chromed bronze or aluminium base, combined with precision engineering, ensures long-lasting performance and excellent resistance to harsh marine conditions.
The X3 series supports operation with chain or rope/chain combinations and features independent gypsy and drum operation. A watertight stainless steel ball bearing in the base guarantees smooth functionality and zero maintenance, while the conical clutch ensures proper load distribution. The powerful electric motor delivers controlled and efficient anchoring, and manual override allows safe chain or rope recovery in case of power failure.
