The Lofrans Recovery Capstan CETO is a professional-grade unit designed for intensive fishing applications, specifically for retrieving clam fishing baskets. It features a powerful electric motor and gearbox protected by an IP67-rated cover, ensuring reliable operation in harsh marine environments. A high-capacity aluminium drum, combined with a high-torque worm gearbox, delivers safe, efficient and long-lasting performance.
Lofrans Recovery Capstan CETO is built for professional fishing use, particularly for retrieving clam fishing baskets. The unit combines a heavy-duty electric motor with a robust gearbox protected by an IP67-rated cover, ensuring full protection against humidity and seawater.
The anodised aluminium drum can accommodate approximately 20 metres of fine rope. Drive is provided by a high-torque worm gearbox, while gears made of special bronze and steel withstand high stress during intensive operation.
