Delay of an order delivery
Your order delivery may be delayed due to the following reasons:

  • An ordered product had been delayed from our distributor. In such case, you’ll be contacted immediately to choose a different available product, should you require it
  • The product that you ordered has been canceled by the company and is not available anymore. In such case you will be contacted by a sales representative to provide alternative solutions
  • Under bad weather conditions, strikes or force majeure
  • In case your submitted data are not valid

Order Cancelation
LALIZAS MARINA D.O.O has a default mechanism that can cancel (partially or totally) any submitted purchase order. For the cancelation of your purchase order (partially or totally) you should contact us only by email or phone: 021669060

Payment Methods
The online store provides the following payment methods for those who wish to submit a purchase order:

Shipping information

Product return policy
You have the right to return the products that you purchased and request for their replacement:

  1. only if with valid proof LALIZAS MARINA D.O.O sold you the wrong products from those that you ordered, the products were damaged or there were mistakes in the shipping process, in the pricing or in the product packaging. In this case, the product(s) in question, must be returned within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date
  2. in all other cases in which there was a problem / defective product (in quality or function) that acquires a guarantee that was provided only by LALIZAS MARINA D.O.O. Guarantees that relate to third parties such as the product manufacturer or its distributor do not bound LALIZAS MARINA D.O.O.

When a product is to be returned to LALIZAS MARINA D.O.O, it must be accompanied with the purchase receipt, its original packaging, its manual, its guarantee document (if there was such). Also it must not have any damages, any unauthorized modifications or used on incompatible power sources that may have damaged it.

If any action does not comply with the above, LALIZAS MARINA D.O.O may not accept the return of a product.
