This 48V DC tunnel thruster provides up to 48% lower current consumption and up to 50% increase in duty cycle compared to equivalent 24V systems. This allows for smaller cables, reduced installation costs and more efficient battery usage.
The CT 300 features a robust transmission system, twin propellers and a bronze or aluminium drive leg depending on hull material. The system operates with 24V electronic control boxes and high-specification DC contactors, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
