The solvent-free formulation allows easy sanding and application in thick layers without sagging. Suitable for use above and below the waterline on a wide range of substrates including steel, wood and GRP.

ULTRAFILL is a lightweight two-component epoxy filler designed for surface fairing and repairs on boats, metal structures, wood and composite materials. The solvent-free formulation makes the product easy to apply and easy to sand after curing.
The filler can be applied in thick layers without sagging while offering excellent mechanical strength and flexibility. It is ideal for fairing and repairing surfaces above and below the waterline.
ULTRAFILL consists of two components – Part A and Part B – which must be mixed in a 1:1 ratio before application. After mixing, a uniform light pink compound is formed, ready for application.
