Floating Smoke Signal II – Orange is a pyrotechnic device designed for daytime distress signaling and position marking during maritime rescue operations.
The signal is approved in accordance with the latest regulatory updates: SOLAS 74/96, MED 96/98 EC, Directive 2014/90/EU and IMO Res. MSC. 81 (70) as amended.
Suitable for use on ships, lifeboats, liferafts and pleasure craft.
Composition
The case is made of corrosion-resistant metal, suitable for use in a saline environment.
Usage Instructions
- Remove the red lid.
- Pull the ring.
- Throw the signal overboard.
