The Rutgerson RC75 quintuple rope clutch is a high-performance solution for managing multiple lines on sailing vessels. This five-line configuration allows efficient control of several ropes through a single winch, improving deck organization and handling.
The RC75X version is optimized for rope diameters between 8–12 mm and ensures secure holding while allowing quick and easy adjustments. An integrated low-friction sheave enables smooth rope movement and reduces wear during operation.
The housing is made from high-strength composite, while the base and cam are constructed from anodized aluminium, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh marine environments.
The clutch can be upgraded with a replaceable cam for different rope diameters, and the housing can be detached from the mounting plate for easier installation and handling of endless lines.
