The Rutgerson RC120 single rope clutch is a high-performance solution for managing a single line on sailing vessels. It ensures reliable holding and smooth operation through a winch system.
The RC120X version is optimized for rope diameters between 10–16 mm and is specifically developed for modern high-performance ropes such as Dyneema. A needle bearing system allows easy handling even under very high loads.
An integrated low-friction sheave enables smooth rope movement while reducing wear, improving overall performance and longevity.
The housing is made from high-strength composite, while the base and cam are constructed from anodized aluminium, ensuring durability in harsh marine environments.
The clutch can be upgraded to the RC120S version thanks to the identical mounting plate, providing flexibility for different rope diameters.
