The MAX POWER CT100 tunnel thruster installation set (12V) is a complete solution for powerful, precise, and reliable lateral maneuvering of larger motor and sailing yachts. The set includes the CT100 DUO electric tunnel thruster, a Ø185 mm fiberglass tunnel (L1500), a 2-direction joystick, ANL fuse with holder, and marine-grade cable. Designed for vessels approximately 32–51 ft in length, it delivers strong and controlled bow or stern movement in marinas and confined spaces.

The MAX POWER CT100 electric tunnel thruster installation set (12V) is designed for vessels requiring powerful, precise, and long-term reliable maneuvering assistance. This complete package includes all essential components needed for a correct and safe thruster installation on larger motor and sailing yachts.

The set is based on the Max Power CT100 Electric Tunnel Thruster, a twin-propeller (DUO) system with a 185 mm tunnel diameter, engineered for boats approximately 32–51 ft (9.7–15.5 m) in length. The DUO propeller configuration provides higher efficiency, improved thrust response during short impulses, and more stable operation compared to mono-propeller thrusters in the same class.

In its 12V configuration, the CT100 delivers up to 105 kgf of thrust with a power output of 7.1 kW (9.5 hp), making it suitable for larger vessels that require decisive and reliable lateral movement. The use of composite materials, precision gearing, and proven DC motors ensures durability and dependable performance in demanding marine environments.

The set includes a fiberglass tunnel with a Ø185 mm diameter and a 1500 mm length, ensuring optimal water flow and achieving the rated performance figures. The fiberglass construction is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and easy to install in most hull types.

Control is provided by the Max Power 2-Direction Joystick, allowing precise short thrust pulses (“pulse docking”), improved maneuvering control, and reduced electrical load. Power protection is ensured via an ANL fuse with holder, while the tinned marine cable guarantees a safe and long-lasting electrical installation.
