The MAX POWER CT35 12V tunnel thruster installation set is a reliable solution for precise lateral maneuvering of mid-sized motorboats and sailing yachts. The set includes a CT35 mono electric tunnel thruster, a Ø125 mm fiberglass tunnel (750 mm), a 2-direction joystick, an ANL 175A fuse with holder, and tinned marine cable. Designed for vessels approximately 5.2–8.5 m in length, it provides effective assistance during docking, crosswinds, and currents.

The MAX POWER CT35 12V tunnel thruster installation set is a complete solution for fitting a bow or stern thruster on mid-sized vessels. It improves safety and precision when docking in marinas, handling crosswinds, and maneuvering in confined spaces.

At the core of the set is the Max Power CT35 Electric Tunnel Thruster with a mono propeller, offering an excellent balance between power, compact dimensions, and energy efficiency. Compared to the CT25, the CT35 provides noticeably higher thrust while maintaining a simple and robust design.

The CT35 features a corrosion-resistant composite drive leg and a high-quality DC motor, ensuring long service life and minimal maintenance requirements. It is often the ideal choice for motorboats and deep-keel sailing yachts requiring additional maneuvering assistance.

In its 12V configuration, the CT35 delivers up to 35 kgf of thrust with a power output of 2.69 kW (3.6 hp). This performance level enables safe lateral movement of mid-sized vessels without excessive electrical load.

The set includes a Ø125 mm fiberglass tunnel with a length of 750 mm, which is the standard and proven configuration for this model. Fiberglass construction provides strength, corrosion resistance, and easy installation.

Electrical protection is ensured by an ANL fuse holder and an ANL 175A fuse, matched to the CT35’s power requirements. A 12.5 m tinned marine cable is included for reliable marine-grade installation.

Control is provided via a Max Power 2-Direction Joystick, offering intuitive left/right operation and precise short thrust pulses (“pulse docking”) for fine positioning.
